A Bright Approach is a London-based cutting-edge management consultancy founded in 2018 by the energetic, multilingual Charlotte Lamp Davies.

Charlotte is able to draw on a varied and successful 25-year global career, giving her a formidable contacts book. She possesses an entrepreneurial mind and maintains a strong interest in new technologies.

Her passion is to create strategies, empower teams and foster individual excellence. She brings to clients the same energy and ambition that she has shown throughout her career. Charlotte speaks fluent Danish, German, English and Swedish. She has worked globally, in sectors such as software technology, travel & hospitality, international media, oil and petrochemical and publishing. This gives her strong industry and cultural insights and an unparalleled range of hands-on experience from Europe, the Middle East, North America and Asia.

Since 2006, she has been heavily involved in the travel and hospitality industry. Charlotte is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry and private events.

HOW WE WORK – SALES & MARKETING ENGAGEMENTS

Charlotte will meet you online or offline to discuss your precise requirements.

Then she designs a bespoke proposal, engaging with you throughout to make sure objectives are met, and a partnership commences. The proposal will include not only detailed supporting notes to help with implementation but also recommendations for future collaborations. During the early engagement, honesty and openness is key to a successful partnership.

She is an advocate of “human engineering”, a science which syncs human characteristics, capabilities, and limitations in relation to the demands of their job. Experience has taught her key stakeholders often have different understandings of what their board’s strategy and expectation is, what it means in practice, and what is required of them.

Charlotte’s approach is to use her skills, time and emotional intelligence to gain trust from stakeholders and staff. Identifying who understands what, who’s going wrong or right, will frame Charlotte’s recommendations.

We help shape your events, invite c-suite speakers to enhance the quality of the programme, moderate and facilitate throughout the event and help promote the event to a relevant audience. We either assist your in-house events team or execute the entire event on your behalf. References upon request.
